Important Update: Public Health Concerns in Washington
After careful consideration of the developing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we have made the difficult decision to move the conference to a virtual platform. We have made this decision out of an abundance of caution and believe it is the correct decision given the evolving public health concerns in Washington.
We are currently working on finalizing details for registrants to be able to view our fantastic presentations live from your home or office next Friday. We will provide details on how to access these presentations in the coming days, to all registered attendees. We are attempting to make sure that many of the sessions will be recorded and available for viewing at a later day. The programs will be eligible for recertification credits – over 20 in all!

At this time, our Pre-Conference Workshops have been postponed. We are working with our amazing Workshop speakers to reschedule them closer to summer. We will be sure to update all Pre-Conference Workshop ticket holders of scheduling information as it is finalized. Below you can still purchase Pre-Conference Workshop registration with your Washington State Employment Law & HR Conference registration OR if you can only purchase the Thursday Pre-Conference Workshop registration. Your level of engagement is 100% up to you!
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected] no later than February 13, 2020 to receive a refund. We are unable to offer a refund after 5:00 PM on February 13, 2020. Substitutions or transfers can be made without a charge by emailing Carly Othman at [email protected] prior to February 13, 2020.
